How do I pay for an item?

The Floating Market accepts e-transfers and credit card payments through PAYPAL from buyers with confirmed addresses.  If you require an additional means to make payment, contact Customer Service and we will do our best to accommodate you.

I have paid for an item.  Now what?

It is our goal to always ship items as quickly as possible.  We ship on the first business day of your purchase (“Business days” mean Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).  Tracking numbers will be automatically provided to the email address you provide us with by the carrier.  The tracking number will not work until after the item has shipped.  Items paid for on weekends will ship on Monday.

No, tax is included in the price of our goods.

Can I return an item?

The Floating Market offers a 7-day refund policy if the items sold are found to be incorrectly described.  Your satisfaction is very important to us as we want to earn your referral and repeat business.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  If we made a mistake, we will pay for return shipping.  If you want to return the item for any other reason, that’s OK too.  In that case, we ask that you pay return shipping and we will refund your purchase price.  Please include a note referencing the order ID number and the reason for the return.  We do not accept returned items that have been used.  Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging.

What if my item is damaged or lost in shipping?

If an item is damaged or lost in shipping, please contact us by email and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, our carrier does not ship to a PO or APO Box due to lack of access.  For this reason, items are not shipped until a physical address is received.

What about international shipping?

We use UPS for international shipments.  The brokerage fee is included but customs duties and taxes are still the buyer’s responsibility.  Please contact us prior to buying for shipping quotes.
